Donald Trump, President of the United States, has delivered a blow against the partners of the Venezuelan oil company PDVSA, including Spain’s Repsol, by revoking their permits to export crude oil from the Chavista regime.
The companies have until the end of May to wind down operations, an ultimatum that shakes the globalist left and its oil allies.
Since his return to the White House, Trump hasn’t hesitated: he’s dismantling Biden’s lukewarm policies, which allowed Repsol and others (Global Oil Terminals, Eni, Maurel & Prom, Reliance Industries) to operate with Venezuela under lenient licenses in 2023.
