According to RFK Jr., MAHA seeks to encourage children to stay active and engage with nature, not only for physical benefits but also for its positive impact on spiritual and emotional well-being.
He warned that traditional outdoor activities have become riskier due to environmental and health threats, such as tick-borne diseases, which has raised concern among parents and communities. In that context, he said one of the movement’s goals is to find solutions to make natural spaces safe again, allowing new generations to reconnect with nature as an essential part of a healthy life.
