Scandal at the Capitol: Illegal Criminal with Multiple Deportations Working at the Heart of Power

While President Donald J. Trump’s administration tirelessly works to restore order, secure the borders, and enforce the law, a shocking case has come to light. Federal Prosecutor Jeanine Pirro has revealed that an illegal criminal, deported four times and convicted of multiple serious offenses, is currently working inside the United States Capitol, and ICE is not allowed to arrest him.

Yes, you read that right. A foreign criminal, who should not be anywhere near U.S. soil, is being shielded by institutional barriers inside the very building that represents law, sovereignty, and the will of the American people. “ICE has been waiting for eight hours to arrest him,” Pirro declared. “But when he enters the Capitol, we are told we don’t have authorization to proceed. He hides behind bureaucracy. And once again, he escapes justice.”

How did we get to the point of protecting criminals inside the Capitol?

This man has not only illegally reentered the country multiple times. He has also been convicted of serious crimes that justified his repeated deportations. Yet he currently works inside the Capitol, allegedly as a gardener or groundskeeper. The place where laws protecting American citizens should be debated is now providing refuge to a criminal who violates those very laws.

This is not an isolated case. It is the direct result of years of progressive policies that have shielded illegal criminals while punishing agents trying to do their job. And although the Trump administration has regained control of the border, reinstated deportations, and restored federal support to ICE, certain sectors of the bureaucratic apparatus still protect those who should be behind bars or out of the country.

This is not miscoordination. It’s a cover-up.

This is not a misunderstanding or an administrative error. It is a willful refusal to enforce federal law inside the Capitol itself. ICE is ready. The prosecution is prepared. The individual’s record is documented. What’s missing? Political will within Congress and offices still operating under “sanctuary” logic.

“We are in the nation’s capital, fighting for truth and justice,” said Pirro. “Meanwhile, they make sure that illegal immigrants with criminal records stay. They can’t be touched. What message are we sending to the American people?”

The message is clear: if a foreign criminal can hide behind a maintenance badge in the Capitol and evade ICE for days, then we don’t have an immigration problem. We have an institutional betrayal problem.

The Trump administration is doing its part. Now Congress must respond.

President Trump was elected—once again—to restore order, clean up Washington, and protect citizens. And he is doing so. But he cannot do it alone. Congressional factions, bureaucrats still aligned with progressive agendas, and officials who put ideology above security must be identified, exposed, and removed.

This is not a political debate. It’s a national emergency. If ICE cannot arrest an illegal criminal inside the Capitol, where can it? If a federal building blocks law enforcement, what hope is left for communities suffering daily from imported crime?

Conclusion: The Capitol must belong to the people, not illegal criminals

This case cannot be buried. It must be the spark that reignites the people’s will to demand unconditional justice. Republicans do not just denounce this scandal: we demand answers, arrests, and consequences.

The Capitol is not a sanctuary. It is the home of the American people. And we will not tolerate any illegal criminal, no matter how well hidden among flowerpots and gardening tools, circumventing the law under bureaucratic protection.

Under President Donald J. Trump’s leadership, law enforcement is not optional. It is mandatory. And any institution that stands in the way will be exposed and confronted.
