With Donald Trump’s electoral victory in the United States, many rushed to declare the demise of wokism, along with the ideologies encompassed by this global political movement. However, it is essential to analyze it in depth to understand its true scope.
Previously, when the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) dissolved in December 1991, various sectors proclaimed the “end of ideologies,” celebrating the supposed triumph of modern liberal democracy and the defeat of communism.
Nevertheless, this claim is contradictory: by declaring the twilight of ideologies, they simultaneously extolled the rise of the most influential one of all—liberalism—whose violent emergence, marked by genocide, dates back to the French Revolution.
Liberalism emerged as an opposition to Catholic doctrine and, in practice, constitutes a theological error that evolves into a political error and, later, a cultural one. The fall of the USSR—which established a single-party communist democracy model, deeply anti-Catholic—did not signify the ideological end of communism. On the contrary, it became more militant, expanding globally by merging with its ideological ally, liberalism, which also proclaims man’s limitless freedom.
Together, they gave birth to the woke movement, a phenomenon akin to a black hole that absorbs any ideology, no matter how absurd, as long as it serves its agenda of transforming civilization and distancing it from its Christian foundation. Thus, wokism is defined, in essence, as an anti-Christian movement.
Within this conglomerate coexist environmentalists, revolutionary communists, pop communists, and liberals who idolize Che Guevara but would never live in a communist country—not even Europe, which they find uncomfortable due to the lack of hot water or ice.
Wokism has also integrated animal rights activists, vegans marching alongside pro-abortion carnivores, pacifists who support the war in Ukraine, and feminists who hate men. Furthermore, it raises the flag of the LGTBXXX collective, which coexists with traditional communists—who despise homosexuals—and with jihadist Islamists of “Free Palestine,” ready to attack synagogues. Paradoxically, progressive Jews march alongside them, yearning for a world without fossil fuels and rejecting Jesus Christ.
Nor are there a lack of pagans devoted to modern religions, satanists, or MAPs (Minor Attracted Persons, per the pseudoscientific jargon)—that is, pedophiles seeking to normalize their agenda. They are joined by identity minorities, transhumanists, postmodern artists, and Hollywood celebrities. Wokism came to idolize Dr. Fauci and unquestioningly endorsed the restrictions imposed by liberal democracies during the pandemic, suppressing fundamental freedoms.
These same democracies, which boast of defending liberty, have in reality pushed for a globalist government. Liberals and wokists have already experienced their utopia: a regime that confined the population, banned work, limited prosperity, and imposed medications.
Behind this movement are billionaire financiers who sponsor political parties to, from the power of the state, accelerate the de-Christianization of the West and the destruction of civilization. The only bulwark against wokism—and any totalitarian ideology—is Christian doctrine, the foundation of our civilization. If this is not understood, we will remain trapped in sterile debates spanning two centuries while society collapses, leading us to extinction through a plummeting birth rate.
Wokism has not died; it is mutating, just as communism did when its end was announced. It will return like a tsunami, sweeping everything away until the point of no return.
