Pride Month? The pro-life and pro-family platform Actua Familia is calling for a campaign to promote pride in the family—because it is families that produce people, while the LGBTQ agenda goes against the family.
It is fully complicit in a globalist agenda that doesn’t want people to reproduce. In fact, it promotes sexual tendencies that do not reproduce. That’s why it calls on people to feel pride in who we are and where we come from.
Because everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, comes from a family. It is the union between a man and a woman that creates new life.
Moreover, hanging a flag that doesn’t belong to your nation is not being proud of who you are or where you come from—it is being complicit in a globalist agenda that goes against the nation and its values.
acTÚa FAMILIA launches “PRIDE? I’M PROUD OF MY FAMILY!”
Your sexual orientation should never be a political demand or a trend.
acTÚa FAMILIA is launching this campaign in response to the growing “recruitment” and “targeting” of children and adolescents in public activities surrounding so-called “LGBT pride,” which are clearly planned that way.
“They want to erase sexual otherness, when in fact it is what differentiates us, what complements us, and what creates life. The maternal-feminine and paternal-masculine roles are essential for the optimal development of our children,” says Andrea Payán, spokesperson for acTÚa FAMILIA.
The pro-family, pro-life, and pro-liberty civic platform acTÚa FAMILIA presents “PRIDE? I’M PROUD OF MY FAMILY!”—a campaign to highlight the importance of the family made up of a man, a woman, and their children, in contrast to the homosexualization promoted by “LGBT pride” events. The platform explains that “homosexualism undermines and corrupts the family, the basic unit of society.” It also denounces the large amounts of public money being funneled into “Pride” events, used to promote certain sexual orientations over others through festivals, advertising, exhibitions, and other activities during this period.
There is also blatant violation of the Flag Law and regulations regarding the use of public spaces.
Pedro Mejías, general coordinator of acTÚa FAMILIA, states: “It has become normalized to push the false narrative of victimizing people for being homosexual—saying that they need to be ‘protected’ or treated differently depending on who they sleep with or who they’re attracted to.”
He adds: “There is an attempt to impose homosexualism in every sphere, including religion, confusing respect for individuals with the imposition of newly invented ‘rights.’”
Andrea Payán, spokesperson for the platform and author of the campaign’s video, also notes: “We often say that a woman is born, not made—and that a mere feeling does not change your sex. Your sexual orientation should never be a political claim or a fashion trend. We’re facing an unprecedented identity crisis.”
Along with the campaign video, political proposals will be sent to allied parties at the municipal and regional level. Interviews with media outlets and op-eds are also being planned.
Additionally, acTÚa FAMILIA has presented a series of proposals to various political groups across Spanish municipalities, aimed at promoting family protection and increasing birth rates.
The platform has also launched the initiative “Family-Friendly Municipalities,” a well-known guide to strengthen family protection at the local level. This initiative was developed in collaboration with the Madrid Large Families Association, led by María Menéndez Zubillaga, who also serves as an advisor to acTÚa FAMILIA. Andrea Payán emphasizes its importance: “The municipality is key to protecting and strengthening families. With this guide, we provide practical tools that can transform local realities, especially for large families, who represent the future of our society.”
