The lawyer and specialist in security matters, Jaime Abad, stated that the meeting between President Jose Raul Mulino and the Secretary of State of the United States, will allow Panamanians to “sleep peacefully”, since the issue under discussion has been the administration of the ports and not the management of the Canal.
