A section of approximately four miles of Southern Boulevard in Palm Beach County, Florida, was honorarily renamed “President Donald J. Trump Boulevard” in recognition of President Donald Trump. This stretch connects Palm Beach International Airport with Mar-a-Lago, his residence in the state.
The measure was unanimously approved by the County Commission and supported by state legislation signed by Governor Ron DeSantis. An official ceremony was held on January 16, 2026, at Mar-a-Lago, which Trump attended and during which he said he felt deeply honored. Although the new name now appears on signage, the road officially remains Southern Boulevard for administrative purposes and emergency services.
