FBI Director Kash Patel said that the recent successes in the fight against crime are the result of President Donald Trump’s leadership and his strong support for law enforcement. He emphasized that cooperation among U.S. agencies and international partners has strengthened security and enabled a more effective global crackdown on crime.
Patel announced the capture of Ryan Wedding, one of the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives, bringing the total to six Top 10 arrests in a single year. He noted that this figure exceeds by two the total number of such captures achieved during the entire previous administration, calling it a historic law-enforcement achievement.
